Job summary

A leading property development firm in Singapore is seeking a Property Manager to oversee property management tasks. You will be responsible for conducting inspections, handling tenant relations, and ensuring compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate has a degree in Building, Real Estate, or Business, with at least 3 years of relevant experience. Qualifications

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular inspections of the property including common areas and external facades.
  • Vet and submit recommendations on tenant fitting out works.
  • Handle all incident/complaint reports involving public or tenants.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations set by authorities.
  • Plan and implement building maintenance programmes.
  • Participate in feasibility studies and technical coordination.
  • Review contract specifications and recommend upgrades.
  • Prepare estimates for repair works and supervise completed works.
  • Prepare annual maintenance/expenditure budget.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct regular inspections of the property in cluding but not limited to all common areas, equipment, public walkways, external facade
  • Vet and submit recommendations on tenants fitting out works
  • Handle all incident/ complaintreports involving public or tenants
  • Ensure consistency and compliance with regulation set by authorities
  • Plan and implement building preventive/ maintenance programmes, and M&E plant and equipment maintenance programmes
  • Participate in feasibility studies, spatial and technical coordination on prospects’ requests for new or existing malls .
  • Review contract specifications such as cleaning, security, landscaping and make recommendations of upgrading standards
  • Prepare estimates for repair works, invitations for quotations, recommendations of award, and supervision of completed works
  • Prepare annual maintenance/expenditure budget.
Requirements
  • Degree in Building, Real Estate or Business
  • Minimum 3years of relevant experience in property management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset
  • Able to work independently
  • Fire Safety Manager certification will be advantageous
