Job Description:

The Operations Executive is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operational activities of the wholesale trading business. The role ensures smooth logistics, supply chain efficiency, order processing, and vendor/customer coordination, supporting end-to-end operations from procurement to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor day-to-day operational activities across procurement, warehousing, and distribution.
  • Ensure accurate and timely order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory control.
  • Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customers to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Coordinate with sales and finance teams to support order fulfillment and invoicing.
  • Prepare and maintain documentation for shipping, customs clearance, and supplier records.
  • Assist in identifying process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and safety procedures.
  • Generate operational reports and assist in demand/supply planning activities.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
  • At least 1–2 years of relevant working experience (preferred).
  • Good understanding of logistics, inventory management, and wholesale operations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Strong coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, multi-product environment.
