Job Description

20% pitch & solution preparation

1. Support preparation of Client-facing discussions
2. Support discussion/meetings with Clients
3. Research potential partners and solutions for projects
4. Prepare implementation solutions and presentation strategy

60% delivery transition & onsite project management

1. Drive implementation of project concepts and facilitate coordination onsite
2. Forward Planning (Project Calendar)
3. Prepare logistics and manpower planning
4. Quality Assurance
5. Verify technical compliance and safety procedures onsite
6. Inventory management (Stock-taking of equipment, Maintenance of equipment, Sourcing of equipment to replace unusables)
7. Support other divisions (training, interpretation/translation) within sales activities
8. Send basic quotations to clients
9. Technical feedback & training (internal & external)

Reporting Line: Director Sales or Operation

**MUST be a Singaporean citizen / PR Holder

Required Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's Degree or above in Marketing/ Business Management, or a related field
• 5-7 years of experience in corporate sales (B2B) or project management
• Great communication skills, Fluent English required (written and speaking) to communicate with global clients
• Ability to identify and address the specific needs of each individual customer
• Highly motivated & Independent Individual with an eye for detail & analytical skills
• Prior experience in communicating with senior managers
• Result-oriented; high focus on driving (business) results and KPIs
• Self-motivated individual who enjoys working independently
• Passionate about language learning or event technology services
