Job summary

GSK in Singapore is seeking a skilled manufacturing quality engineer to support safe, compliant and efficient operations at our site. You will work with manufacturing, quality, maintenance and MSAT teams to solve problems, drive improvements and enable reliable production.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, biotechnology, chemical engineering, life sciences or a related discipline.
Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in regulated manufacturing (pharma/biotech/chemical).
Experience in deviation investigations, root cause analysis and CAPA management.
Strong troubleshooting skills for process and equipment issues.
Good knowledge of current good manufacturing practices and quality systems.

Responsibilities

Lead deviation investigations and corrective actions to closure.
Design and deliver process improvement projects to increase yield and efficiency.
Support validation, trials and technical transfer activities.
Monitor process parameters and trends; support risk assessments.
Prepare technical documents, training materials and work instructions.
Build strong relationships with manufacturing, quality, MSAT and maintenance.
