What You’ll Do:
As a Business Planning & Strategy Analyst , you'll work at the intersection of engineering and business—providing financial insights, supporting strategic decisions, and coordinating with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to drive operational and financial performance.

What It Offers?

• Salary: Up to $5,000, Permanent Role with AWS + Variable Bonus
• Location: CBD area, near MRT station
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:15pm
  

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning
• Evaluate the feasibility and return on investment (ROI) of capital projects
• Monitor and analyse operational costs and capital expenditures (CAPEX)
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports for senior management
• Deliver actionable business and financial insights
• Liaise with government agencies and external business partners
  

Key Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in manufacturing plant operations
• Strong interest or experience in business planning, FP&A, or cost accounting
• Strong skills in Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint
• Analytical mindset with high attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage timelines independently
