Job Description

Responsibilities

• Understand and familiarize with the processes, practices, and ITSM platform related to Support Operations.
• Manage support hotline and email during office hours, gathering relevant information from customers during initial contact.
• Ensure prompt and courteous communication with customers.
• Perform onsite or remote site surveys and inventory audits for selected customers.
• Validate customer firmware versions and verify firmware release notes to minimize bugs.
• Perform IOS upgrades and patches to address software bugs and keep environments updated with safe harbor versions.
• Provide basic troubleshooting of issues and network problems, working with vendors and customers to resolve within SLA.
• Update technical documentation for configuration changes made via helpdesks or managed services.
• Open and close support tickets as applicable, providing timely updates to helpdesk and customers.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams for troubleshooting.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates (NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, etc.).
• Graduates in relevant fields (IT, Infocomm, Computer Science, etc.).
• 1-2 years of IT-related experience welcomed.
• Strong interest and passion for learning and growth in technology.
• Customer-oriented with clear and concise communication skills.
• Willing to perform after-hours activities and standby duties.
• Knowledge or certification in network operations, wireless, or security technologies is an advantage.
