Job Responsibilities:
- Develop annual goals, work plans, and budgets for the Operations Department and its subordinate functional departments based on the company's strategic objectives and market demands.
- Monitor the execution of work plans and goal achievements, conduct regular reviews and reports, and make optimizations and adjustments as necessary.
- Formulate global procurement strategies in accordance with the company's development strategy and market demands, optimize procurement channels, and ensure the quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely supply of raw materials and components.
- Establish and maintain long-term cooperative relationships with suppliers to continuously drive supply chain optimization.
- Be responsible for formulating, executing, and monitoring production plans at the China factory production base.
- Develop and implement capacity planning to ensure that production capacity matches market demand and effectively respond to market fluctuations.
- Coordinate global sales and production teams to ensure products are delivered to customers on time, with quality, and in the required quantities.
- Establish an efficient order processing, tracking, and feedback mechanism to promptly resolve issues during delivery and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Formulate global logistics transportation strategies, optimize the layout of the logistics network, reduce logistics costs, and improve logistics efficiency.
- Reasonably plan and manage VMI warehouses worldwide, ensuring timely delivery while arranging inventory reasonably to reduce inventory costs.
- Maintain close communication with sales, research and development, finance, and other departments to ensure that operational strategies are aligned with the company's overall strategy.
- Address cross-departmental issues that arise during operations and promote collaboration and coordination among teams.
- Identify and assess potential risks in global operations (such as supply chain disruptions, production accidents, logistics delays, etc.), formulate response measures and contingency plans to ensure the robustness and sustainability of the company's operations.
Requirements for the Position:
- Bachelor's degree or above, preferably from a reputable university, in Mold Manufacturing, Materials Engineering, Mechanical Automation, Supply Chain & Logistics Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Overseas study or work experience is preferred.
- Possess a holistic perspective and strategic thinking, able to comprehensively consider various factors and formulate operational strategies aligned with the company's long-term development.
- Have an international vision and cross-cultural communication skills, able to understand and adapt to the cultural, legal, and economic environments of different countries and regions, with multinational work experience.
- Proficient in production process management, production planning and control, supply chain management, logistics management, quality management, factory layout planning, capacity planning, and familiar with information systems such as ERP, SCM, and QMS
- Able to apply lean production, industrial engineering tools, and methods to improve production efficiency, reduce production costs, and increase factory capacity.
- Expertise in metal processing manufacturing processes, familiar with materials and processing principles required for metal processing, and proficient in various processes such as stamping, machining, surface treatment (e.g., electroplating, powder coating, anodizing), and post-processing.
- Familiar with the international market's bulk metal raw material procurement system, with analytical and judgmental skills regarding prices and trends (materials include copper grades C11000, C22000, C26000, C26800, C51000, C54400, C65100; copper-nickel alloys, nickel materials; steel; stainless steel; aluminum; beryllium alloys, etc.).
- Extensive experience in procurement and supplier development, with stable domestic and international supplier resources and the ability to manage suppliers.
- Have a strong background in global supply chain management, including supplier channels, supplier management, inventory management, logistics planning, etc.
- Familiar with basic customs knowledge and import-export procedures and regulations.
- Over 15 years of operational experience in the metal manufacturing or related industries (e.g., machinery manufacturing, automotive parts, consumer electronics), covering various levels from grassroots to middle and senior management, with team management exceeding 1,000 people.
- Familiar with ISO quality systems, served overseas customers, and familiar with customer quality requirements.
- Rich experience in efficiency improvement and automation production line planning, design, and implementation.
- Practical experience in participating in or leading financial budgeting, cost control, fund management, and familiarity with key areas such as financial statement analysis, tax planning, and risk management.
- Familiar with cost control methods and techniques, able to formulate and implement effective cost control strategies to reduce production and operational costs, enhancing the company's profitability.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively communicate and cooperate with employees, suppliers, and clients at different levels.
- SAP system operation experience is preferred.
