Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee workshop operations including after-sales, customer care, and claims.

  • Lead and manage team performance to meet revenue, operational, and service targets.

  • Review and improve SOPs and workflows for efficiency.

  • Manage parts procurement, inventory, and vendor coordination.

  • Analyze performance data and implement improvements & corrective actions.

  • Develop and execute strategic plans, budgets, and risk management.

  • Build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal teams.

  • Ensure compliance with regulations, safety standards, and industry practices.

  • Stay updated on automotive technologies and implement relevant tools.

  • Implement staff training programs, especially for technical roles.

  • Collect and act on customer feedback to enhance service quality.

  • Oversee workshop system and diagnostic tools.

  • Drive continuous improvement in operations and customer satisfaction.

  • Develop risk management and emergency contingency plans.

  • Monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

Job Requirements:
