Job summary

MANPOWER STAFFING SERVICES (SINGAPORE) PTE LTD is seeking a data-focused professional to collate operational performance data and prepare comprehensive reports. You will validate data, develop dashboards, and support regional and regulatory reporting initiatives.

The role requires experience in finance-related fields, preferably in Retail Credit & Collections, and strong Excel skills for handling large data sets. Collaboration across departments will be essential.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in finance or related discipline.
• Experience in Retail Credit & Collections is preferred.
• Experience handling large data is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office with Pivot Tables and Macros.

Responsibilities

• Perform data collation of operational performance.
• Prepare data extractions, preparation and presentation of reports.
• Validate / verify reports to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare reports for regional or regulatory reporting.
• Conduct investigations arising from operational issues identified.
• Develop dashboards and build capabilities for the department.
• Liaise with internal parties for system testing or reporting.
• Coordinate with cross-department teammates on assignments.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks and other administrative requests as required.
