Job description

As part of the Leasing Logistics team at Cycle & Carriage Leasing, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day business operations. We seek a dedicated Customer and Operations Support Officer to join our team. This role is open to early-career individuals and experienced professionals in logistics, operations, or customer service.

Business & Operations Support

  • Assist in preparing operational and financial reports for assigned programs.
  • Support the Project Lead in organizing business and operations review materials.

Customer Service Support

  • Work closely with internal teams to handle and escalate client queries professionally.
  • Help in drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and updating training materials for internal use.
  • Assist in managing customer requests through calls or emails in a timely and polite manner.

Operational Monitoring

  • Help track and update key performance indicators (KPIs) for clients.
  • Assist in gathering feedback and observations to improve operational processes.
  • Prepare basic internal reports with supervision

Billing Assistance

  • Assist in checking billing documents and verifying basic invoice information, ensuring timely and accurate submissions.

Project Participation

  • Support assigned projects by helping with documentation, RFQ preparations, and quotation processes.
  • Participate in ad-hoc project tasks and contribute to project deliverables where possible.

Requirements
