A healthcare distribution company in Singapore seeks an Operations & Customer Experience Executive to join their team. You will assist with daily operations, customer support, and product content development. Ideal candidates are cheerful, dependable, and eager to learn. Location: Walking Distance to Pasir Panjang MRT Station @ CitiLink Warehouse Complex
Salary: SGD 2,500 – 3,000 per month (inclusive of CPF), based on experience

Plexus Care is a purpose-driven healthcare distribution company focused on eldercare and rehabilitation, and home medical products. As we expand into both B2B and B2C segments, we are seeking a capable and resourceful full-time team member who is eager to grow with us.
We have recently moved into a new space with a welcoming showroom and are now ready to grow our team. This is our first full-time in-house hire — and we are looking for someone who values meaning, variety, and teamwork.
You will be part of a lean but dynamic setup, working closely with the founder to support daily operations, customer engagement, and product content development.
· • Daily Operations & Admin
· • Prepare invoices, delivery documents, and order records
· • Pack, label, and manage product stock
· • Liaise with couriers and coordinate deliveries
· • Customer Support & Showroom
· • Handle WhatsApp, phone, and email enquiries
· • Assist walk-in customers with product guidance
· • Maintain a tidy, inviting showroom space
· • Creative & Content Tasks
· • Use Canva to create or update product visuals
· • Support social media visuals and listings on Shopee
· • Take simple product photos or videos as needed
You will be guided and trained. We are looking for the right personality, not the perfect resume.
· • Cheerful, dependable, and hands-on
· • Able to communicate well in English (Mandarin is a bonus)
· • Comfortable with WhatsApp Web, Google Drive, and Canva
· • Willing to learn and grow in a small team
· • Any relevant experience in admin, retail, design, or logistics is a plus
We value attitude over academic background. Education level will be considered, but it is not a deal breaker.
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 2:30 PM
44-hour work week | 1-hour flexible lunch break | No overtime expected
• Monday to Friday: 10:30 AM – 6:00 PM
• Alternate Saturdays: 9:30 AM – 2:00 PM
Includes 30 minutes before opening and 30 minutes after closing each day for preparation and wind-down duties to ensure smooth showroom operations.
