About the role

This is a full-time role based in the Central Region, supporting LX Pantos Singapore Pte Ltd, a leading provider of integrated logistics services. As an Operations Coordinator (Air & Sea Freight Import/Export), you will play a crucial part in the company's Import/Export and Customs operations, helping to ensure the smooth and efficient movement of goods internationally.

What you'll be doing

• Liaise with customers on shipment instructions and booking updates

• Permit declarations and customs clearance

• Coordinate, booking and tracking of Import &Export shipments (Air Warehouse)

• Handle transportation schedule and operations duties

• Monitor shipment status and update customer and sales team

• Liaise with overseas agents on various requirements and rates

• Prepare necessary documents for internal stakeholders to follow up

• Checking of shipments status

• Perform any ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

What we're looking for

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar operations or logistics coordination role, preferably in the import/export industry

• High attention to details

• Able to work well independently

• Strong understanding of customs procedures and documentation requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to manage and manipulate data

• Attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
