Job description

Operations support roles and responsibilities with basic it skills

Responsibilties

  • Oversight of the daily operations of the workshop and the operations departments
  • Support managers in the execution of daily operational activities/ issues, emergencies, and ensure they are promptly attended to and rectified.
  • To ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, the company policies and SOPs are abided by staff.
  • Develop and implement policies, procedures, and schemes that enhance operational efficiency and maximize profits.
  • Monitor and follow up on the yearly maintenance work for the workshop equipment and diagnostic hardware, and ensure compliance with the audit requirements.
  • Identify and implement technology solutions to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
  • Handle necessary operations support as IT skills involve a blend of administrative and technical tasks to ensure smooth business operations, including troubleshooting common IT issues, providing technical support to users, and maintaining IT systems.
  • Collaborate with sales and administrative departments to ensure the timely arrangement of vehicles for handover to customers.
  • Provide support in addressing customer inquiries and requirements, ensuring a positive customer experience.
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Diploma or equivalent qualification required, or relevant years of related working experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and work as a team.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with attention to detail.
  • IT technical/support knowledge
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Commitment to upholding safety standards and compliance with regulations.
  • Encompass flexibility and adaptability to a fast-paced working environment
  • A valid Class 3 driver's license is mandatory.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification required, or relevant years of related working experience.
  • Able to start work on short notice
  • Workplace in Sin Ming/Bishan Region

5.5 days work week (Mon-Fri 9 am – 6 pm, Sat 9 am – 1 pm) One Saturday off monthly
