  • Prepare monthly route plans and generate reports regularly.
  • Liaise with staff for any refunds and ensure safety courses are updated.

Job description

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • To assist Operations in administration works, back-end support.
  • To prepare monthly route plan to input plan visit.
  • To ensure all clearance, safety course updated and liaise with external customers.
  • To generate reports: mileage, system (M3/Merit Portal) for staff to attend, issues, daily.
  • To monitor annual leave and update medical leave status if any.
  • To liaise with staff of any refund needed.
  • Any other ad-hoc administration work to support OS.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Possess minimum GCE ‘O’ level.
  • Some experience in operational background would be an advantaged.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
