Qualifications

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls from stakeholders and respond promptly.
  • Manage the NOC inbox, action emails, and handle email archiving and handovers.
  • Backfill coverage for sick leave and calls.
  • Process ad-hoc guarding requests and create rosters in the system.
  • Liaise with customers and resource contractors regarding security needs and expectations.
  • Monitor and manage Time & Attendance exceptions.
  • Oversee Welfare Checks and escalate issues as needed.
  • Report and escalate incidents appropriately.
  • Maintain positive interactions with internal stakeholders such as Operations Managers, Client Service Managers, Payroll, and Billing.
  • Participate in shift handovers with NOC staff.
  • Perform incidental National Patrol Response duties as required.

Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in operations/rostering environment.
  • Experience in recording information and report writing.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Previous experience in a manpower provider is advantageous.
  • General administrative skills.
