About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and hands-on Operations Coordinator to support vehicle rental operations and handover processes. This is a ground-based role that acts as the bridge between the fleet, drivers, and internal stakeholders—ensuring every vehicle meets standards and every driver receives a smooth onboarding experience. Ideal for individuals who enjoy being mobile, solving real-world challenges, and interacting with people.

Key Responsibilities

·Facilitate driver registrations and ensure documentation is accurately completed

·Conduct vehicle inspections and manage handovers to drivers and partners

·Handle on-site queries or disputes raised by drivers in a professional manner

·Distribute driver handbooks and clearly communicate key updates

·Perform data entry and manage vehicle inventory tracking

·Collect feedback from drivers and provide operational support as needed

Requirements

·1–2 years of experience in operations, logistics, or customer service

·Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in face-to-face engagements

·Basic proficiency in Excel and data management tools

·Comfortable working in outdoor carpark settings; this is a non-desk role

·Independent, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment

·Must hold a valid Class 3A driver’s license
