Overview
As a Roboshop Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day operations of our automated retail stores (Roboshops). You will coordinate inventory movement, part-time staff scheduling, and ensure machine readiness and presentation. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, operationally driven, and able to multitask in a dynamic retail environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operational tasks across multiple Roboshop locations to ensure smooth functioning.
- Assist in tracking and updating inventory levels; communicate with warehouse/logistics teams for timely replenishment.
- Schedule and support part-time staff, ensuring they understand and follow operational procedures.
- Monitor Roboshop machine condition, report technical issues, and follow up on maintenance status.
- Support merchandising activities, including restocking and visual display updates.
- Assist in setting up promotional materials and ensure consistency across all Roboshops.
- Handle post-sale customer service matters, such as coordinating refunds, exchanging defective products, and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collect and consolidate data such as sales performance, stock movement, and part-timer attendance.
- Liaise with internal departments (e.g., Marketing, Logistics, HR) for coordination tasks and campaign execution.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Previous experience in retail operations, customer service, or administrative coordination is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and basic data entry.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable working in a field-based role; occasional travel between Roboshop locations is required.
- A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle is an advantage.
- Able to work independently and in a team, with a proactive attitude.
