Job summary

Look Capital, a regulated multi-family office in Singapore, is seeking a Management Associate for the OCFO Operations Team. This early-career role offers hands-on exposure to private wealth, onboarding, account opening, trade execution, client services and investment operations within a dynamic private banking environment.

The ideal candidate is curious, detail-oriented, proactive and eager to learn, with a strong interest in financial markets and wealth management.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or related field.
Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of experience welcomed to apply.
Internship or exposure to private banking, wealth management, asset management, funds ops is advantageous.
Fluent in English and Chinese to communicate with clients and counterparties across the region.
Strong interest in private wealth and investment operations.
Detail-oriented and meticulous to ensure accuracy of documents.
AI literacy (e.g. ChatGPT, Excel automation) is a plus.
Experience in similar finance capacity is preferred.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end client onboarding including account opening, KYC and documentation review.
Assist in trade execution, order monitoring and post-trade follow-up.
Handle day-to-day client operational requests and account maintenance.
Maintain accurate client records and data across internal systems.
Work with Relationship Managers, Compliance, Custodians and external counterparties.
Support client events and cross-functional initiatives when required.
