Job summary

SINGAPORE ONE RAIL PTE. LTD. invites fresh graduates to apply for Station & Train Operations roles.

You will operate test trains, support daily station and train operations, manage passenger flow, and assist passengers with journeys and tickets. The role requires good interpersonal skills and a willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays. Ideal candidates may have 2 years in service or retail, can reach 207 cm, and can identify colours.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Minimum 5 credits GCE 'O' Levels.
• Able to reach the height of 207cm with both hands.
• Able to identify colours.
• Willing to perform shift work, including weekends and Public Holidays.
• Preferably with minimum 2 years' working experience in the service or retail industry.
• Required to manually operate station and trainborne equipment.
• Good interpersonal skills with a passion to work with people.

Responsibilities

• Operate and drive the test trains.

• Manage passenger flow, crowd control, station access, and ensure compliance with RTS regulations.
• Provide customer service, including journey guidance, fare and ticketing assistance, and support for passengers with special needs.
• Handle incidents, equipment irregularities, security matters, and emergencies in accordance with operational procedures.
• Operate passenger trains and perform Emergency Train Operator duties when required.
• Communicate effectively with OCC, station staff, and passengers via radio and onboard systems.
• Conduct security patrols, protect station revenue, and manage AFC-related documentation.
• Assist in training of trainees and maintain required certifications and competency assessments.
• Perform any other operational duties as assigned by supervisors.
