We invite a Payment-talent to join our growth journey as an Operations Assistant Manager/Manager (Fintech Payment). The role is based in Singapore with responsibilities across all business units.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the operation team effectively.
- Plan, execute, monitor, and review all operational processes aligned with business objectives.
- Lead and coordinate team members to meet organizational goals.
- Oversee operational management and reporting.
- Support team development and performance success.
- Continuously improve operational functions.
- Analyze data and report on progress against KPIs and objectives.
- Identify trends and communicate insights to drive action.
- Monitor system issues and facilitate their resolution.
- Develop and recommend corrective actions for operational issues.
- Engage with partners, service providers, merchants, and tech firms to foster strategic alliances.
- Manage relationships with partners and vendors involved in operations.
- Develop and update operational policies ensuring compliance with policies, regulations, and contractual obligations.
- Contribute to product development and operational innovation.
- Monitor operational costs to maintain profit margins.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Degree holder with 3+ years of experience in payment operations.
- Experience in financial services, especially payments, is preferred.
- Knowledge of Credit/Debit, Alternative Payment Methods, EMV, mobile, and eCommerce payments.
- At least 1 year of team leadership experience.
- Proven ability to manage teams towards operational excellence.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Operational planning, analysis, and decision-making capabilities.
- Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders and clients.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including report and presentation development.
- Conflict management and resolution skills.
- Systematic problem diagnosis skills.
- Technical aptitude with digital tools and mobile devices.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets, data analysis, and reporting.
- Integrity, dependability, sense of urgency, and attention to detail.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
- Singaporean or PR status only.
- Available for immediate start.
- Willing to work a 5-day week.
