Job description

Work Location:

  • Thomson Plaza

Work Days:

  • Tuesday to Saturday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with various departments to ensure that Learning Point Centres are able to operate smoothly

    • Oversee timetable and classroom planning (optimise classroom utilisation, no clash in back-to-back arrangements etc)

    • Oversee curriculum management (timeline for submission, uploading and printing, access rights for teachers, supplementary materials/projects)

    • Oversee and assist in teacher relief management (track teacher relief inquiries, consistently update list of available full-time teachers for cover classes, consistently update relief pool list for cover classes etc)

    • Coordinate onboarding procedures (briefings, handover sessions, arrangement of lesson observations, co-teachings etc)

    • Coordinate offboarding procedures (teacher transitions, handover reports etc)

    • Oversee manpower arrangement of teachers and customer service staff across Learning Point Centres (duty assignment, rostering, hiring etc)

    • Oversee the planning of adhoc programmes (open house, booster classes, holiday programmes, seminars etc)

  • Work with management to assess and improve processes and policies

  • Prepare and present analysis on reports as and when required (termly reports on relief, student retention, enrolment etc)

  • Manage School Term Calendar and Calendar of Events

  • Other adhoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience

  • Excellent planning and organisation skills

  • Ability to integrate and play an important role in a fast-paced team

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact with all staff from management to ground level
