We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Operational Assistant to join our dynamic team in the company. As an Operational Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Operations Manager and ensuring the smooth functioning of our F&B operation. Your administrative skills, attention to detail, and passion for delivering exceptional customer service will contribute to our continued success.

• Provide administrative support to the operations manager or team.
• Manage inventory levels, place orders, and coordinate with suppliers.
• Implement and maintain quality control procedures and monitor compliance with regulations.
• Identify process improvements, optimize workflows, and implement best practices.
• Support customer service initiatives and handle inquiries or complaints.
• To provide support with dine-in operations and ad hoc duties as required.
• To support the coordination and execution of order deliveries.
• Handle general support tasks such as cleanliness standards and maintenance coordination.

Training will be provided by your supervisor in charge should you be selected for the role.
