Position: Operations Assistant/Executive (Shipping) - Pandan Rd/West

Location: Pandan Rd (West)

Working hours: Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm

Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3500 + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:

1. Manage the logistics for import, export, and re-export shipments, liaising with carriers to facilitate smooth operations.
2. Monitor the status of incoming and outgoing shipments, handling Arrival Notices, Bills of Lading, Switch BL, and other shipment-related documentation.
3. Monitor inbound & outbound shipments including local deliveries.
4. Other activities as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management or in any related discipline.
2. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
3. Passed Customs Competency Test for Declarants will be an advantage for this job.
4. Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates.
