️ Job Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day vessel supply operations and delivery arrangements.
  • Liaise with vessel agents, captains, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Prepare and process delivery orders, quotations, invoices, and other logistics documents.
  • Track shipments and deliveries; ensure timely and accurate execution of tasks.
  • Support agency services as required.
  • Maintain clear records of orders, communications, and operational activities.
  • Attend to urgent operational requests, even outside standard working hours (when necessary).
  • Uphold company standards for safety, quality and customer service.

Requirements

  • Diploma / NITEC in Logistics, Maritime Studies, Business, or related field.
  • Experience in ship supply, logistics, or port operations preferred.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail.
  • Willing to work flexible hours and be on standby (when required).
