Operations Assistant

Singapore-based trading company representing international labels such as CHRISTY, MARTEX HOME, CHARLES MILLEN, SUZANNE SOBELLE and MILTON HOME.

Import diverse range of lifestyle products from all over the world and distribute them in Singapore's reputable departmental stores.

Lifestyle products include Home Fashion items such as Bed linen, Towels, Mats, Area Rugs, Bedroom Slippers, Tableware, Home Organisers and more.

Assisting Marketing/Sales & Operations Manager in retail operations and administrative supports.

Responsibilities include:

• Merchandising
• Warehousing & delivering
• Events set up & tear down
• Other operations tasks assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum O level, proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Bilingual - English & Mandarin
• Candidate should be a self-motivated, sales-driven and result-oriented individual.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills; enjoys dealing with people.
• Strong in organisation and coordination; has a positive disposition and is a good team player.
• Experience in retail as front line staff such as Promoter, Merchandiser or Sales Operations will be an advantage.
• Active driver's license and confident in driving a van.
