Main Tasks
  1. Support the Operations Coordinator with:
    • Managing order entry and processing
    • Planning and coordinating product deliveries
    • Managing customer inquiries professionally and promptly
  2. Inventory Management:
    • Accurate stocktaking
    • Replenishing gift cards and inventory
    • Preparing stock reports
  3. Collaborate with merchants to keep product information updated
  4. Work with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  5. Handle escalated client issues as the point of contact
  6. Assist with administrative tasks across departments as needed
Requirements
  • Enthusiastic about customer success and problem-solving
  • Detail-oriented, diligent, and punctual
  • Professional with a positive attitude
  • Excellent command of English, both oral and written
