Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring for a role handling corporate action events with accuracy and timeliness. You will manage deadlines, investigate reconciliation breaks, and respond to client and internal queries, following procedures and controls.

In this position you will work with internal and external stakeholders, monitor operational risk, and participate in process improvements and ad hoc projects to enhance service quality.

Responsibilities

• Process corporate action events accurately and on time, within procedures and agreed service levels
• Manage election deadlines and decisions with internal and external stakeholders
• Investigate and resolve daily account reconciliation breaks
• Respond to client and internal queries promptly
• Follow documented procedures, controls and compliance guidelines
• Manage operational risk within your processes
• Help improve processes and join project initiatives and ad hoc tasks
