Job summary

AMBITION GROUP SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage end-to-end corporate action processing for clients, depositories, and agents. You will validate information, liaise with issuers and paying agents, and ensure timely redemption proceeds and accurate reconciliations.

The role requires a degree in a related discipline and at least 1 year of relevant experience with immediate availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Gather and validate corporate action information from depositories, issuers, and agents.
• Process inbound and outbound corporate action instructions end-to-end for clients, depositories, and agents.
• Liaise with depositories, issuers, and paying agents to resolve reconciliation breaks and clarify event details.
• Process corporate action redemption proceeds accurately and within required deadlines.
• Reconcile cash and securities positions, investigating and resolving discrepancies promptly.
• Handle client queries via email, SAP cases, and phone with timely follow-up.

• Take on ad hoc projects as assigned.

• Support other operational activities and ad-hoc tasks related to Corporate Actions.
• Adhoc tasks and projects as assigned

Job Requirements

• Minimum Degree in a related discipline
• Minimum 1years of relevant experience
• Able to start immediately or within short notice
