A leading company in parking services seeks an Administrative Assistant to handle client communications, inventory management, and fleet logistics. This role requires strong organizational skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Candidates with a minimum O/A level or diploma are encouraged to apply for this dynamic position.
Responsibilities:
Answering phones and responding to client requests and inquiries.
Keeping track of inventory and ordering supplies.
Drafting and mailing customer correspondence and newsletters.
Managing the maintenance of office and facility equipment.
Providing administrative support to other departments or projects as needed.
Process refunds timely.
Follow-up on Accident/Incident Insurance case/claims.
Manage Company Fleet logistics
Performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Min ‘O’/ ‘A’/ Diploma.
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Ability to multitask.
