A local management service provider in Singapore is looking for an administrative support person to manage client communications and assist with service coordination. Qualifications
- Previous admin/support experience is preferred.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

- Manage calls and emails from clients.
- Prepare and follow up on quotations.
- Plan and coordinate service and maintenance activities.

- Handle security clearance submissions.

- Providing administrative support and maintaining records and files
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Company.
Requirements
- Previous Admin/support experience
- Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise professionally during client meetings when required.
- Able to handle sensitive documentation and clearance processes with discretion and accuracy.
