Job summary

A leading entertainment company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Coordinator to manage operational documents, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with deadlines. The ideal candidate will have a diploma or equivalent qualification, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong communication skills are also a must, with proficiency in Mandarin considered a plus.

  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure uninterrupted services and timely deliveries.
  • Arrange logistics and resources required for outlets.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and records for easy reference and reporting.
  • Assist management in preparing operational reports and documentation.
  • Support cross-departmental communication to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
  • Good time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Experience in handling contracts, agreements, or administrative documents is an advantage.
  • Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluent in English, with proficiency in Mandarin regarded as a plus.
  • Diploma or equivalent qualification; prior experience in operations or administration preferred.
