JOB DESCRIPTIONS:


Comprehensive Project Planning & Documentation:

Play a pivotal role in the initial phases of project execution by meticulously preparing and organizing essential operational documents. This includes developing detailed lifting plans, precise rigging plans, thorough risk assessments, and comprehensive method statements, leveraging provided templates and training to ensure compliance and safety for all heavy haulage and crane lifting operations.


Dynamic Operational Coordination:

Act as the central point for coordinating daily project logistics. This involves effectively managing and optimizing project schedules, overseeing the efficient deployment of lifting crews, and meticulously arranging all necessary site preparations and requirements to ensure smooth, timely, and uninterrupted operations.


Rigorous Equipment Compliance & Tracking:

Take responsibility for maintaining the integrity and certification of all operational assets. This entails systematically tracking and updating lifting gear records, diligently ensuring that all associated accessories (e.g., slings, shackles, hoists) are meticulously inspected and remain within their valid certification periods to guarantee safety and regulatory adherence.


Proactive Administrative & Communication Support:

Provide indispensable administrative assistance that underpins the entire operational workflow. This encompasses handling critical tasks such as precise document printing, thorough job folder preparation, diligent email follow-ups with various stakeholders, and accurate support for quotation and invoice generation, ensuring all administrative aspects of projects are seamlessly managed.


Strategic Stakeholder Liaison:

Serve as a crucial communication link between all parties involved in the project. This involves communicating effectively and proactively with clients to understand their needs, collaborating closely with site teams to address on-the-ground requirements, and coordinating seamlessly with vendors to ensure perfect alignment on project timelines and specific site prerequisites.


On-Site Operational Engagement & Verification:

Periodically attend project sites to facilitate direct coordination, execute critical handovers, and provide hands-on assistance with essential job documentation and verification processes. This ensures real-time oversight and accurate record-keeping from the operational frontline.


Systematic Information Management:

Establish and maintain robust, accessible, and organized filing systems for all critical lifting documentation and comprehensive project records. This ensures efficient retrieval of information, supports audits, and maintains a clear historical log of all operational activities.
