Qualifications

Job description

Job responsibilities :

  • Overseeing daily office operations including administration, HR coordination, finance processes, vendor and facility management

  • Supporting compliance processes through local government platforms such as MOM, ACRA, IRAS, NCSS/RAISE, and GEBIZ

  • Providing EA-style executive support (calendar, travel, logistics) to Directors and regional peers

  • Coordinating procurement, payments, and documentation

  • Improving and documenting workflows and internal systems where possible

  • Supporting project administration and internal knowledge management

  • Liaising with external partners, vendors, and internal teams across locations

This is a highly practical role suitable for someone who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment and takes initiative to improve operations without waiting for instruction.

Requirements :

  • at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in operations, admin, or office management

  • Hands-on experience with Singapore government platforms: GEBIZ, MOM, ACRA, IRAS, NCSS/RAISE

  • Strong organisational and coordination skills; able to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously

  • Familiarity with finance processes (invoicing, claims, basic reporting)

  • High level of discretion, maturity, and accountability in handling HR or finance matters

  • Proficient in office tools and project tracking platforms (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Mavenlink/Kantata or similar)
