Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is seeking an Operations Administrator to handle day-to-day administrative tasks, manage inventory records, and coordinate between teams. Ideal candidates should have at least GCE 'O' Level with relevant experience in administrative roles. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

  • Maintain and update inventory records; prepare stock movement.
  • Coordinate with sales, customer service, warehouse, transport to ensure smooth operations.
  • Monitor incoming and outgoing pallet shipments, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
  • Prepare compliance and audit documentation as required.
  • Provide general office administrative support and assist with ad hoc duties assigned by management.
