Location: Tuas

Working Days: Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m.

Salary: Up to $3,000


We are seeking an Operations Admin Assistant to join our team in Tuas. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in administrative support with proficiency in ERP systems. This role involves handling various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations within the company.


Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the operations team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Process orders and monitor inventory levels using the ERP system.
  • Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and other operational data in the ERP system.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management as needed.
  • Handle customer inquiries and coordinate with vendors for procurement and deliveries.
  • Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, scheduling meetings, and organizing office supplies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge and experience using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
