Job description

The Role
My client is leading Data Centre and you will oversee all Resiliency work within the firm. You will be reporting up to the senior management and will be given oversight across multiple functions such as Risk, Crisis Management, and Business Continuity processes within the firm.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and drive the operational resiliency strategy in alignment with enterprise risk management, business continuity, and regulatory expectations.
  • Serve as the primary leader for enterprise-wide resiliency initiatives, coordinating across business units and technology.
  • Build and maintain a comprehensive Operational Resiliency Framework (ORF) encompassing business continuity, disaster recovery, incident response, and crisis management.
  • Lead operational risk and impact assessments to identify vulnerabilities and create mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and industry standards (e.g., FFIEC, DORA, ISO 22301, NIST, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Internal Audit and Compliance teams to address findings and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors’ degree in a related field
  • At least 10 years in a similar resiliency role in a multinational firm
  • Strong working knowledge of crisis management, business continuity, operational risk, and systems work.
  • Able to work independently
  • Ability to manage and work with regional stakeholders
