Job summary

A local educational services provider in Singapore is seeking a Facilities Support role. Responsibilities include performing inspections, assisting in logistics for school events, and ensuring the maintenance of learning facilities. The ideal candidate should be strong, healthy, and capable of understanding simple English. No experience is required as on-the-job training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Opening and closing of classrooms and learning resource rooms.
• Carry out checks of teaching and learning facilities including toilets.
• Carry out checks and reporting of equipment/fixtures unserviceability.
• Accompany MOE term contractors for inspections and maintenance/repair works.
• Feedback on quality of work performed by contract cleaners and maintenance personnel.
• Assist in logistics support for school events and functions.
• Perform traffic warden duty.

Job description

Location: Ang Mo Kio

Working Hours: 42hrs/week

Responsibilities:

• Accompany MOE term contractors eg Pest control, Electrician, plumbers for mosquitoes breeding inspections and maintenance/repair works.
• Feedback on quality of work performed by contract cleaners and maintenance personnel.
• Assist in logistics support for school events and functions.
Perform traffic warden duty
