Role Overview
We are seeking an Operations Support, Maritime to join our Singapore office. Reporting to the Technical Expert, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities and ensuring timelines are met. This role includes providing administrative and documentation support, as well as assisting in day-to-day operational tasks. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other relevant software applications is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange underwater cleaning services (e.g., propeller polishing, underwater inspections, hull cleaning) for assigned vessels in line with company policy.
  • Liaise with underwater service providers, ensuring timely coordination and communication.
  • Provide all required documentation to support underwater operations.
  • Coordinate activities between the vessel, local agents, commercial lines, and diving companies.
  • Maintain accurate databases and proper filing of all documents related to underwater operations.
  • Ensure all service documentation is regularly updated and properly archived.
  • Prepare, monitor, and manage purchase orders and invoices, ensuring records are accurately maintained.
  • Comply with the company’s Integrated Management System (IMS) and relevant international rules and regulations.
  • Perform all duties in adherence to the company's quality, health, safety, environmental, and ethics policies.
