Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an IT Operation Support Executive to manage workflow requests, monitor systems compliance, and maintain accurate operational records. The ideal candidate should have a background in Computer Science, experience in various programming languages, and strong analytical skills. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. This position is based on Alexandra Road.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate experience in programming languages such as Java, .NET, JavaScript, SQL.
  • Knowledge and experience in relevant systems and hyper-scalers are advantageous.
  • Strong analytical, coordination and communication skills required.

Job description

Job Scope:

Responsibilities of IT Operation Support Executive as follows:

• Raising, processing, and tracking workflow requests for system changes;

• Monitoring and report key performance metrics of systems, system compliance with EMA and Government IT policies and regulations;

• Maintaining accurate operational records of the various systems;

• Executing administration tasks that includes co-ordination with internal stakeholders, IT vendors and third-party agencies.

Requirements:

• Education in Computer Science or other related disciplines;

• Demonstrate experience in programming languages such as java, .net, javascript, SQL, or any other major application programming language;

• Knowledge and experience in products such as Content Management Systems, Customer Relationship Management Systems, Workflow Systems, Hyper-scalers (e.g. Microsoft Azure, AWS etc) and Singapore Government projects would be considered advantageous;

• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills (both written and verbal), as well as the capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, are essential qualifications for this position;

• Applicants must be a committed team player, possess an independent problem-solving mindset with a strong desire to find innovative and 'out of the box' solutions to problems;

• Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
