• Raise, process, and track workflow requests for system changes
• Monitor and report key system performance metrics and ensure compliance with EMA and Government IT policies and regulations
• Maintain accurate operational records for various systems
• Execute administrative tasks, including coordination with internal stakeholders, IT vendors, and third-party agencies

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, .NET, JavaScript, SQL, or other major application languages
• Knowledge or experience with Content Management Systems (CMS), Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, Workflow Systems, and cloud platforms (e.g., Microsoft Azure, AWS)
• Experience with Singapore Government projects is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently
• A team player with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for developing innovative solutions
