Operations Manager (Southeast Asia)

We seek an experienced leader to optimize supply chain performance, drive operational excellence, and lead a regional team in a fast-paced distribution environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement strategies to streamline end-to-end supply chain operations, including procurement, logistics, and warehousing.
  • Identify inefficiencies, propose solutions, and oversee execution to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
  • Define, track, and analyze KPIs to measure operational success and guide improvements.
  • Partner with internal teams to select and manage vendors, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Optimize inventory levels through data-driven forecasting and proactive risk mitigation.
  • Conduct regular audits and ensure accurate inventory reconciliation with external partners.
