Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise a team of service technicians (mainly China nationals), ensuring performance and motivation.

• Coordinate deployment of technicians for on-site tyre servicing operations.

• Attend to customer requests at the indoor workshop and handle walk-in and phone inquiries.

• Act as a liaison between customers and technicians to resolve job-related issues effectively.

• Perform administrative duties including service postings, inventory control, and maintenance of tools and equipment.

• Plan duty rosters for night standby shifts and participate in night service calls on a rotational basis.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in supervising technical or workshop staff in an automotive environment

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to handle operational challenges

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic setting

• Effective communication skills in English and Mandarin, to interact with a diverse team and customer base
