Job Description: Operation Supervisor

Responsibilities:

The Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the production process, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with industry regulations. This includes:

1. Manage the daily workflow of the production team, ensuring adherence to production schedules and deadlines.
2. Quality Control: Implement and maintain quality control procedures to ensure the consistent production of high-quality products.
3. Safety Management: Ensure a safe working environment for all employees by implementing and enforcing safety protocols and procedures.
4. Supervise, train, and motivate a team of production staff.
5. Developing and implementing production plans: Creating and executing production schedules based on demand forecasts and inventory levels.
6. Monitoring inventory levels: Ensuring adequate raw materials and finished products are available.
7. Maintaining equipment and facilities: Scheduling maintenance and repairs to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

1. GCE 'O' levels.
