Job Description:
- Oversee the daily production lines activities, drive for continuous improvement to achieve the production goals set by the management and ensure compliance with ISO and EHS policies.
- Lead the paste manufacturing process including analyzing and identifying area of improvement, implement and resolving issues related to production efficiency and product quality.
- Independently plan, direct and conduct project activities involve in the new products transfer from R&D to final manufacturing.
- Create SAP materials, prepare product scale-up documentations, review and define specifications for new product transfer and raw material used.
- Manage all non-conformance material and scraps disposition as according to the process control procedures and quality related procedures.
- Drive the team to participate in all continuous improvement projects related to cost, quality and service using Six-Sigma, Kaizen or similar applicable methodology.
- Performs other duties as assigned. Duties will vary according to the project progress and/or the specific goals of the division.
Job Requirements:
- Knowledge of tools and methodologies like SPC, FMEA, DOE, Fish-Bone Analysis, TPM, etc.
- Knowledge of ISO standards, safety and environment policies.
- Good understanding in statistical process control (SPC) and knowledge in IoT, digitalization, and automation.
- Experience in chemical handling, proficient in risk assessment and providing safe work supervision to production team.
- Proficient in MS Office, Outlook, SAP, Minitab, etc.
- Skills and abilities to perform job include analytical, communication, presentation, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, ability to work in a team, as well as independently.
