- Responsible for taking sales orders and making sales recommendations, replenishment of stocks in the retail outlets to minimize out of stock situations and building good working relationships with store personnel in an assigned retail outlet.
- Executing distribution of listed telco products and the execution of sales and marketing programs to achieve monthly sales and category targets.
- Daily visits to the assigned retail outlet, providing excellent service, and enhancing good customer relationships/rapport to secure orders for all products.
- Liaise and coordinate with external and internal staff on ordering of products.
- Resolve issues that may occur at store level with store personnel.
- Execute and oversee promotional campaigns to boost sales volume by ensuring updates of all POSM.
- Provide regular feedback on the sales performance of our products, store and display issues, and competitors' activities to the Sales Representative.
- Support the Management Team in conducting distribution audits and ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Business or any related discipline.
- 2 to 3 years of retail sales experience or telco outdoor sales.
- Independent applicant with excellent communication skills.
