Align Recruitment Pte Ltd seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across Foodcourts and Coffeeshops in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a Degree/Diploma and over 5 years experience in F&B management, demonstrating expertise in business development, stakeholder management, and team leadership. Responsibilities include implementing service quality, managing tenant relations, and ensuring operational compliance. Key Responsibilities:
Operations Management
Lead Area Managers to drive sales and ensure smooth daily operations across Foodcourts and Coffeeshops.
Implement SOPs, set operational direction, and uphold service quality.
Manage tenant relations, leasing, rental collections, and ensure compliance with NEA, SFA, Civil Defence and landlord requirements.
Oversee tenant mix, fill vacancies, and support marketing of stalls and joint promotions.
Ensure timely follow-up on inspections, legal matters, and debt recovery.
Support business expansion, renovations, and new outlet openings.
Monitor outlet financials, budgets, P&L performance, and propose cost-saving measures.
Conduct regular audits on hygiene, service, pricing and tenant performance.
Lead tenant and contractor meetings; ensure proper M&E works execution.
Administrative & Team Leadership
Evaluate staff performance, recommend promotions/training, and handle disciplinary matters.
Communicate company policies to teams and tenants effectively.
Manage daily cash collection, petty cash, and ensure accurate reporting.
Submit timely reports to senior management and maintain cost control.
Take necessary actions on non-compliance by tenants or contractors.
Requirements:
Degree/Diploma holder with 5+ years in senior F&B, leasing, or FMCG operations.
Strong in business development, leasing/tendering, and stakeholder management.
Proficient in MS Office; fluent in English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
Skilled in negotiation, project management, and financial analysis.
Team-oriented with strong leadership, adaptability, and communication skills.
