Responsibilities

• Assist the Operations Manager in preparing daily operation schedules for management review.
• Assign jobs to workers based on the approved schedule.
• Track the progress of jobs.
• Identify customer issues and service lapses and discuss improvements with the team.
• Support the Operations Manager in overseeing staff effectiveness and approvals.
• Manage operational functions and coordinate with internal divisions and external customers.
• continually improve productivity and efficiency of division processes.
• Collaborate with management to set or implement policies and systems.
• Undertake other duties as assigned.
• Work near Jurong East MRT.

Job description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• 1.Assist the Operations Manager in preparing daily operation schedule, that shall be presented to the management team everyday.
• 2.Assign the job to every worker base on the approved schedule.
• 3.Tracking the job proceeding status.
• 4.Uncover any customer issues or service lapses and discuss them with the Operations Manager and team members, to devise ways of improving, and resolving problems and complaints
• 5.Support the Operations Manager in overseeing the effectiveness of all operational department staff, including review/approval responsibilities for all operations staff.
• 6.Manage all operational functions and work closely with internal divisions and external customers to meet their requirements.
• 7. Manage continually improve productivity and efficiency of the division level processes.
• 8.Work closely with the Operations Manager and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
• 9.Any other duties as assigned from time to time.
• 10.Working near Jurong East MRT.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1.Strong self-discipline.
