Job Description
Formulate and execute strategies to grow sales through new outlet openings and optimize existing operations.
Lead, coach, and inspire a high-performing team to meet sales objectives and operational standards.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, training, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
Analyze performance data to identify trends, resolve issues, and drive continuous improvement.
Act as a key partner to the Executive Director and step in as a global leader when needed.
Requirements
Minimum 8 years of experience in F&B or QSR operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Experience managing 15 F&B stores or 20 stores.
Strong strategic planning and outlet expansion experience.
Proven leadership in managing large teams.
Hands-on, analytical, and goal-oriented.
