Job summary

Qualifications

Operations Executive (Security Industry)

We're looking for a hands-on, reliable Operations Executive to oversee and support our daily security operations across assigned contract sites. This role is ideal for someone who takes ownership, stays calm under pressure, and values high standards in service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations and performance of security officers at assigned sites
  • Ensure that all deployed personnel meet quality and compliance standards
  • Conduct regular site visits, audits, and risk assessments to ensure safety and readiness
  • Review and follow up on incident reports; conduct investigations and After-Action Reviews (AARs) when needed
  • Provide on-the-job training (OJT) for new hires and refresher training aligned with site SOPs
  • Plan and schedule training programs in line with Progressive Wage Model (PWM) requirements
  • Manage disciplinary issues, grievances, and workplace concerns in a fair and consistent manner
  • Participate in the recruitment, selection, and deployment of suitable security personnel
  • Regularly review and improve site security procedures and practices

What We're Looking For:

  • 3–5 years of experience in security operations, with some supervisory exposure
  • Valid Security Officer License and PLRD-recognised certifications
  • Good understanding of site SOPs, compliance, and basic risk management
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple sites
  • Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with staff and clients
  • PWM training completed (including Supervisory modules); familiarity with MOM regulations is a plus
  • ITE or Diploma in Security or related field preferred
