Responsibilities:

• Responsible to handle operations and documentations for ocean freight import/export, permit declaration and transportation.
• Liaise closely with carriers, freight forwarders, and vendors.
• Ensure that all jobs are executed efficiently with accuracy in a timely manner, complying with the requirements of the customers.
• Attend to email correspondence with customers and overseas agents.
• Prepare billing invoices to customers and verify vendors' invoices.
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Familiar with permit declaration.
• Specialized in Freight Forwarding or equivalent.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive working attitude.
